When ordering, please include “ship date” and shipping location.
Unless your order specifies a certain carrier, we will determine the most economical shipping method. We will prepay the shipping which it will then be invoiced to the customer. Our standard shipping method is UPS ground. Customer has the option of picking up the order at our warehouse location.
The customer will be responsible for all additional freight charges on re-consigned or refused shipments.
Due to the nature of our product, some items will be shipped in oversized cartons, which may result in additional freight charges.
WARM WEATHER SHIPPING:
Due to extreme heat during the summer time, Delighted Home is not responsible for any melting, softening, or damaged candles shipped during warm weather conditions. It is recommended that if product is shipped, the receiving customer stores the candles in a dry and cool climate. Do not have the packages in direct sunlight or in a warm area.
